Hello! My name is Jennifer and I am the owner of The Ellie Mae Cake Ball Company. In 2012 I finally found my purpose. I fell in love with animal rescuing and it has since consumed my life. I have found it to be extremely expensive to feed and care for the furbabies I rescue or foster. I have always had a love of baking. It became very clear that my two passions could come together, forming The Ellie Mae Cake Ball Company.
